Our typical Investment targets require equity tickets of €5-50 million for majority ownership. Larger investments are possible, then often one in partnership with another institutional investor. Our focus is on multifamily homes and hotels and only on long term fundamentally profitable projects. We strive, as part of our investments, to help to restore nature to our towns and cities for the benefit of the people. Sustainability and ecological considerations are of paramount importance.
