We are involved with several hydrogen project developers in deploying their infrastructure, technologies and fuel production in the UK and Northern Europe.
Hydrogen will solve many of the issues associated with the change to a low-carbon economy and is essential to achieving a net-zero global warming scenario. Hydrogen is one of the energy sources that partly will complete the energy transition equation. It is expected by several scientists that hydrogen will be around 15% of the energy use and constitute around a 2 trillion-euro market by 2050. The EU is providing many opportunities for part funding of hydrogen related projects as a complement to national funding of projects.
